Is black widow alive?

So I think the answer is yes and here's why.

In avengers endgame hulk turns to hawkeye following the ending and says something along the lines of I tried to bring her back too more than anything.

Now for a bit of comic background on the infinity gauntlet. In the comics black panther famously resurrects captain america from the grave using the infinity gauntlet to wish him back to life.

Therefore, hulks wish should have worked. He even especially says "everyone" just before he snaps his fingers and it appears to work.

However, one point unconsidered by Hulk in that moment with Barton is everyone who returned came back to the place they had left from in the first place. Therefore if "everyone" included Widow then she would have been resurrected on Vormir.

This could suggest that Widow is alive but is on vormir or maybe somewhere else in the galaxy.

I'd love to see Hulk or another MCU character happen across a space assassin who turns out to be black widow who after returning to life and without a portal to return to earth managed to escape vormir and travel the cosmos

Dude here’s one thing you need to do:seperate the live action movies from the comics.

The movie universe is a completely different medium and has its own set of rules and in the mcu once a life has been sacrifice for the soul stone, nothing would bring her back, this means black widow is dead forever (like in real life).

Basing any of this on comic logic is your first mistake

I’m sorry what comic was this from? Because I can’t fit the life of me remember a moment where he does this.

Nope. She’s dead. Black Widow will return, but it’ll be her sister with the title.

Black Widow died in a different Timeline on Vormir so Hulk’s Snap wouldn’t resurrect anybody from a different timeline

I think we’ll see the OG avengers again but they’ll be variants pulled from pre-endgame like Loki.

Not to be a ass but just a few corrections, hulk was talking to cap at the end of endgame ,and as for widow she gave her life to get the soul stone which can not be undone nuff said

Black Widow, Gamora and the Red Skull walk into a bar…

If any comic book writers happen across this I’d love to see a series where Widow wakes up on Vormir and has to battle the Red Skull to escape as he believes no one can cheat the spell

At most they could pull her in from another universe, but this one is gone.

Unfortunately, rules are rules. A soul for a soul. The Stones can’t bring back someone who has died.
